Terms of Use
These Terms explain the conditions for accessing Verifyor, the standards expected from visitors, and the limits that apply to our public social media viewer tools.
By accessing Verifyor, you agree to these Terms. Use our tools only for lawful purposes, respect the rights of others, and follow the rules of any external platform connected to the content you view.
01 Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the operator of Verifyor. They apply to the Verifyor website, its public-content discovery and viewer tools, and related features that link to these Terms.
By visiting or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use Verifyor.
02 Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use Verifyor. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.
If you use Verifyor for a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
03 What Verifyor provides
Verifyor offers focused tools intended to help visitors find or access supported content that has been made publicly available through external social-media platforms. Features, supported platforms, output, and availability may change over time.
Verifyor is independent from the social-media platforms referenced on the website unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not an official representative of, and do not imply endorsement by, those platforms.
Verifyor is not designed to access private accounts, restricted content, passwords, direct messages, or material that a platform has not made publicly available.
04 Permitted and responsible use
You may use Verifyor for personal, informational, research, monitoring, or other legitimate purposes, provided your activity is lawful and respects the rights of content owners and other people.
- Use only public usernames, links, and content that you are legally permitted to access.
- Verify important information at its original source before relying on it.
- Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights.
- Comply with applicable law and the terms of the relevant third-party platform.
- Use reasonable request volumes and do not interfere with service performance.
05 Prohibited conduct
You must not use Verifyor to:
- Stalk, threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, or unlawfully profile another person.
- Attempt to view private, deleted, age-restricted, blocked, or access-controlled material.
- Upload or enter passwords, access tokens, private credentials, or sensitive personal information.
- Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, database, trademark, or other rights.
- Scrape, crawl, mirror, mass-download, or automate requests in a way that burdens or circumvents the service.
- Reverse engineer, probe, bypass security, introduce malware, disrupt infrastructure, or access non-public systems.
- Use output for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, spam, or misleading activity.
- Remove notices, misrepresent affiliation with Verifyor, or resell the service without written permission.
We may restrict or block activity that reasonably appears to violate these Terms or threaten the service, our visitors, third parties, or infrastructure.
06 Public content and third-party services
Public social-media content remains controlled by its creator, owner, or the relevant platform. Verifyor does not claim ownership of third-party profiles, posts, images, videos, comments, usernames, logos, or other external material.
External platforms may change, restrict, remove, or block content without notice. Their terms and technical rules apply independently. You are responsible for determining whether your use, storage, sharing, or reproduction of third-party content is permitted.
Links and integrations are provided for convenience. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, availability, or practices of third-party services.
07 Verifyor intellectual property
The Verifyor name, website design, original text, graphics, interfaces, organization, software, and other materials created for the service are owned by or licensed to Verifyor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for lawful use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Copyright concerns
If you believe content available through Verifyor infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant URL, a description of the work, your contact details, and a statement explaining your good-faith basis for the request. We may request additional verification.
08 Availability, changes, and termination
We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Verifyor at any time. We do not guarantee that every username, link, platform, content type, or viewer request will work.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service stability, or enforcement of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive termination.
09 Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verifyor is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or compatible with every device or third-party platform.
Viewer results may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or different from material shown at the original source. Verify important or time-sensitive information directly with the relevant platform or content owner.
Verifyor does not provide legal, financial, safety, employment, or investigative advice. You remain responsible for how you interpret and use information.
10 Limitation of liability and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verifyor and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, opportunity, reputation, or goodwill; or harm arising from third-party content or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
You are responsible for your use of Verifyor and for claims resulting from your unlawful activity, infringement, misuse of third-party content, or violation of these Terms.
11 General terms, changes, and contact
These Terms and the policies incorporated into them are the entire agreement regarding your use of Verifyor. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Applicable law governs these Terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Before bringing a formal claim, you are encouraged to contact us so both sides can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
